Whole home projects live or die on the planning. This one went through Project Development first, producing construction drawings, design selections and a full scope of work, so the price was settled before anyone started opening up walls.
Once construction began, a dedicated project manager ran the site with weekly on-site meetings and daily access to progress through our online project software.
